Dr. Reardon works as Professor in the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Department of Psychiatry. Her clinical practice is at the University of Wisconsin's University Health Services, where she works as Consulting Psychiatrist for UW Badger Athletics. She first served on the ISSP Board of Directors in 2010, now serves as ISSP Education Committee Chair, and Co-Edited the 2013 textbook titled "Clinical Sports Psychiatry: An International Perspective". She is Co-Chair of the International Olympic Committee's Workgroup on Mental Illness in Elite Athletes and Co-Program Director of the International Olympic Committee's Diploma and Certificate Programs on Mental Health in Elite Sport. Dr. Reardon serves on the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association's Sports Medicine Advisory Committee and as the President of the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation. She has published and presented widely on a variety of topics within sports psychiatry. She is also very interested in teaching and mentoring; she directs the quality improvement curriculum for the University of Wisconsin psychiatry residency, serves as the physician leader in the advocacy curriculum at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and serves as the Psychiatry Student Interest Group Faculty Advisor there as well.
